Ben was a Founding Partner at Harpoon Ventures. He served at Deloitte Consulting’s Silicon Valley initiative, where he spearheaded Deloitte’s first defense network in Silicon Valley. Ben served 8-years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Ben holds a Master in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BS from United States Military Academy.
Prior to Ridgeline, Andrew was the Chief Revenue Officer at The Dcode Group where he led all sales, marketing, and business development activities. He drove the company’s investment deal flow and created the ability to invest in Dcode clients. As a political appointee under President Obama, he served as a technology advisor in the White House and led multiple key technology initiatives for the Administration. Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and BA from Boston College.
Ryan was the Growth lead for DOD Accounts at Anduril Industries and before Anduril, Ryan was Head of Strategy and Business Development for all non-film revenue at Universal Pictures. Prior to Universal, Ryan served as an Army officer in both the Infantry and Military Intelligence branches. Ryan holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS in Physics from the United States Military Academy.
James J. Tennant
James was a Partner at Australian based VC Firm, Clinton Capital Partners, where he led deal sourcing, due diligence and execution. He has been an angel investor and advisor for military and defense start-ups. He has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Macquarie University Applied Finance Centre, A Bachelors of Commerce from The University of Sydney and he studied Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard University.
